Elmo Rietschle C Series vacuum pumps feature a claw design and offer efficient, oil-free performance to generate contact-free vacuum economically. With this method of compression, gas is pre-compressed within the chamber and is then discharged. All pumps within the series feature energy efficient motors designed to reduce life cycle costs and variable speed technology which offers maximum control of suction and pressure for optimised performance and increased energy savings.

Innovative & optimised design

These dry-running machines require no sealing oil within the compression chamber due to an innovative design. The claws feature an optimised shape so that they roll together without any contact via a synchronised precision gear set. Special seals are used to separate the chamber and gearbox to offer dry, wear-free performance.

Low cost of ownership

Long service intervals offer increased uptime with very little disruption to production. Routine servicing is only required after 20,000 operating hours resulting in low service costs.

Corrosion-resistance to extend machine lifespan

ProCoat offers excellent corrosion resistance and is especially recommended for moist applications that are more prone to causing wear and damage. ProCoat also helps to repel dust, dirt and other contaminants.

Wide performance range

C-VLR pumps offer ultimate pressures during continuous operation: vacuum up to 50 mbar (abs.) and pressure up to 2.2 bar. Combination pressure-vacuum pumps provide under pressure up to - 0.6 bar and overpressure up to + 1.0 bar.
